This beautiful Cyclone GT Tribute is the result of a very well thought out and carefully executed build. Starting out as a Caliente, this car was nicely upgraded to the specs of a Cyclone GT. The car is handsome and extremely nicely finished inside and out.

This Cyclone GT tribute is finished in the original factory color of Jamaican Yellow (code 8). A local, reputable restoration shop took on the task of restoring the car from the ground up. During the restoration process the engine bay was cleaned and refinished, the underside of the car was prepped, primed, and undercoated, and of course the body was sprayed in the color of Jamaican Yellow.

Inside the car is an impeccably clean interior finished in the factory correct color of black (code 6A). Black bucket seats, a center console, and four symmetrical gauges on the dash are main points inside the car. The interior finish looks factory fresh - seat upholstery, door panels, headliner, carpeting, all look great.

The incredibly clean engine bay features a 390ci V8 mated to a C6 transmission, which are a very nice upgrade from the 289ci V8 that this car left the factory with. Detailed and finished in Ford Blue topped with a chrome engine cleaner, this powerplant is eye catching. The 390ci that is currently in the car came out of a 55k original mileage '67 Cyclone GT that our client sourced after seeing the complete car advertised in Hemmings Motor News in October of '95. This car was a project for a number of years, as our client sourced the necessary parts to bring this car up to his high standards. The engine was gone through and fully rebuilt with high attention to detail and finish. A laundry list of new parts were installed including new pistons, valves, oil pump, camshaft, lifters, bearings, rocker arms, and spark plugs. New brake lines, springs, front disc brake components, rear brake components, fuel tank, and multiple bushings were installed beneath the car.

This car is incredibly clean and the build was very well thought out and carefully executed. This may not be a true Ford-built Cyclone GT, but it's extremely close. You'll be hard pressed to find a Cyclone GT as well built as this one, and you surely won't find one this nice at our asking price.
