Here's a car that you don't see everyday!  We figured all the Chevettes had gone the way of the DoDo Bird, and then this car showed its face.  It is an all original, one family owned since new, accident free, and documented Chevette! A rare bird for sure!

The story of the little old lady who only drove a few miles here and there, and took great care of her car definitely applies here.  This car was purchased brand new from Stadium Chevrolet in Pontiac Michigan on December 4, 1986 by our customer's mother and father in-law, who used it for small errands every once in a while.  This Chevette cost $5,274.56 when new. The car is all original, no accidents, and was never driven in the winter. We have the original Bill of Sale, all the original keys, and the original owner's manual.  Along with the original documentation we also have the “key plugs” that have the key codes stamped on them.

There is little else to say about the interior than, it looks new!  Other than a few blemishes on the driver's seat the interior condition is impeccable.  The radio still works, all the trim looks new, the door panels are in perfect condition, and the carpet even has that new car shine to it.  

The muted color combination of brown over brown was most definitely in style back in the late 80's - not something you would see currently, but it's all original and in great condition.  This particular Chevette shows its age very slightly on the exterior. Our customer has decided to leave the exterior all original, and had none of the (very) small blemishes touched up. The original lights and lenses are still in excellent condition, as well as the original steel wheels that were certainly prone to rust, even when the cars were just a few years old.  The underside of this car is very clean, and in great condition thanks in part to the fact that it was rust-proofed and undercoated when brand new.

This car is fun to drive and gets more looks while on the road than many muscle or sports cars do!
