1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Convertible
Built not Bought LS3 Pro-Tourer
Two words: Show Stopper. This Pro-Touring 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Convertible will stop you dead in your tracks. It is stunning inside and out, top to bottom. This is a built not bought example with no expense spared in creating the perfect union of classic lines with modern power. Our client acquired the car in 2011 and finished the build in 2015, recording only 1,900 miles since completion. All the bugs have been worked out and it is now time to pass on this masterpiece.
The 1067 on the trim tag indicates the car did start life as a true 1957 Bel Air 2-Door Convertible. The body was not chopped or distorted in any way. All body panels are original except for the rear quarters. This Tri-Five underwent a full frame-off restoration with the frame and suspension components powder coated. The factory original Harbor Blue paint was then applied basecoat/clearcoat with a premium finish. The Harbor Blue body holds a custom Saddle Leather interior with matching Saddle power convertible top. It is powered by a brand new crate LS3 430hp EFI V8 motor with a 4L65E Overdrive Automatic transmission. Other awesome features include R&P Power Steering, Wilwood 4-Wheel Disc Brakes, Vintage Air and Heat System, Coated Flowmaster Dual Headers, Ford 9-inch 3.70 Axle with Traction Control, Ride-Tech Billet Coil Overs, Rain Gear Wipe System, Special Smoke Tint Glass, Custom Console, Lokar Floor Shifter, Anobtech GPS, MP4, CD, VCD Stereo, Dakota Digital Carbon Fiber Gauges, Power Windows, Power Convertible Top, Ididit Chrome Custom Tilt Steering Wheel, American Racing Polished Alloy Wheels wrapped in Firestone Firehawks, and Street Rod Garage Custom Frame and Suspension. All fit and finishes are excellent.
