1990 marked the 11th year that the Ford Bronco was the leading full-size utility truck in America. Proven the performers the 4th generation of the was considered their most aerodynamic version yet with more rounded corners and high impact front headlight lenses. Of course, the independent front suspension made these the stellar choice for the buyer looking for a rugged vehicle that may see some off-road time. The example featured here is nicely factory equipped with 50,000 miles showing and nicely accessorized as well with aftermarket additions and at a very affordable price point.

This Bronco presents as largely original and unrestored. The white paint is well maintained and appears original with some minor panel touch-ups and cosmetic repairs. There are a few minor dings and dents but over all the body is clean and very solid. This vehicle features a removable fiberglass top that has been upgraded with a Warrior Products roof rack carrier. Up front, there is an aftermarket chrome grille guard and a set of chrome Nerf Bar steps/running boards that provide a little boost into the cabin and some protection when off-road. Factory trim is all present, and the chrome bumpers are original with a couple of small dents but shine nicely.

Inside the gray interior is original, showing some wear and light sun fade of the carpet. The seats are likewise showing some sun fade and water stains but are free of any rips or tears. The door and side panels are intact with some light wear, scratches, and mild color fade. A LIDO tailgate guard has been installed to protect the tailgate from cargo or any wear and tear loading and unloading cargo. The interior is nicely accented from the factory with simulated wood grain on the dash and a simulated leather-wrapped steering wheel that features finger controls for the cruise control. The dash features full factory instrumentation with a tachometer, temperature, oil pressure, and voltmeter. Other options include air conditioning, an electric rear window, a rear defroster, and a factory AM/FM radio with the Dolby system cassette tape player. There is plenty of room in this Bronco that could easily seat six adults with ample rear cargo space for gear.

Under the hood sits the optional 5.8 liters (351cid) V8 factory rated at 210hp and 328 ft. lbs. of torque. The power is transferred to the AOD 4-speed automatic transmission to the standard on-demand, the part-time four-wheel drive which is floor-shifted with manual locking front hubs. The engine compartment is clean and presents as well maintained with a new alternator, starter, and battery. Underneath, the chassis and floorboards are solid and free of any rust through and feature power steering, and power front disc brakes with rear drums and rear anti-lock brakes. The combination sits nicely on a set of factory alloy wheels with Dunlop A/T Radial Rover tires.

With the big V8 this Bronco has amazing towing power and the unique suspension provides highly capable off-road manners. With rugged good looks and a reputation for reliability Broncos of this era make great summertime drivers, especially with the top off! Please call if interested or e-mail with specific questions.
