It's large, in charge, and an awesome truck for that person looking for a vintage Suburban. The Suburban was a “chip off the 'ol block” and offered the same familiar looks of the popular C/K series pickups. The same rugged styling, and on or off road capabilities were offered to customers who needed a bit more room inside of a vehicle rather than a pickup.

For those who are eagle eyed vintage vehicle enthusiasts, you may have spotted the fact that this vintage hauler only has one door on the driver's side of the vehicle, while the passenger's side has two. That configuration means a larger section of metal on the passenger's side, and on this Suburban that section is straight. That's impressive in its own right, but the fact that this Suburban is also painted black and shows well is a testament to how well this Florida truck was cared for since the exterior restoration. Outward swinging doors allow easy access to the cargo area which offers a surprising amount of space.

To go along with the vintage, rugged looks, this truck offers a 402ci V8 mated to a Turbo 400 transmission. Other driveline mods include 2:05 gears, 4” lift, 33” Mickey Thompson tires, and white Chevrolet wheels with front hub locks and stock polished hubcaps. The engine offers MSD Ignition, 4bbl Carburetor, Edelbrock intake manifold, A/C components, power steering, power brakes, and flowmaster exhaust which includes headers. The underside is extremely clean and with a close look at the pics it's evident that the frame has been powdercoated black.

As we mentioned earlier, this vintage Suburban has 3 doors, much like the minivans that ruled the suburban roads in the early 90's. Also like the 90's minivans, the middle seat is slightly smaller than the rear seat to allow for easy access to the back seat. Teens can sit as far away from their parents as possible. The interior on this Suburban is well used and complete. The 3 rows of bench seats do show some age, but can be used as they are, or thanks to the simple design could easily be refinished. The interior is standard other than a Sony stereo, and a three spoke steering wheel.

Make a little extra space in your collection for this vintage GM truck. Rugged good looks, capable V8 under the hood, and the ground clearance to go off road, or off to the store. Forget the white picket fences and posh SUV's of today, show your neighbors what vintage cool is with this awesome Suburban!
