This car came out of collection in Traverse City, Michigan. It was restored in factory original Dark Green over a restored Cognac Tex/Mex interior. The fit and finish on the body coupled with the neat upgraded interior really set this 280S apart. It is powered by the original Mercedes 2.8L Inline 6-cylinder motor mated with a 3-speed automatic transmission, column shifted with rear-wheel drive. With its top to bottom condition and drivability, we believe the 73k miles to be original. It has just had a tune-up with new tires installed. No rust and ready for a new garage.
